Piace Pellerossa Sauce

- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup garlic, roughly chopped
- 3 pounds whole tomatoes, peeled
- 3/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Kosher salt to taste
- Coarse black pepper to taste
In a saucepan, heat olive oil with the garlic until oil boils for 3 minutes. Crush tomatoes by hand in a bowl. Add the olive oil with the garlic, basil, salt and pepper and stir well. Heat needed amount and serve over angel hair pasta.
