Dak’s Original Red Fruit Salsa

Dak’s Original Red Fruit Salsa
Fresh ingredients join forces to create a salsa with sweet local flavor.

As Served By: Dak's Spices


1 mango, peeled and diced (you could also use peaches or nectarines which ever fruit is in season)

1 red sweet pepper diced

¼ cup of red onion diced

2 tablespoons of cilantro chopped

1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon of DAK’s ORIGINAL RED



Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.  You can prepare several hours in advance and keep in refrigerator prior to serving.  Perfect to serve on top of grilled chicken, pork, shrimp, and fish, especially if you use DAK’s BLACKENED on the meat/seafood.  Also consider as topping for fish, shrimp, or chicken tacos.  Double or triple the recipe as needed.  You can also just use as a salsa served with chips.
